Psalm 108:7-9

⁷God has spoken in his sanctuary:^[a]
“I will celebrate!
I will divide up Shechem.^(A)
I will apportion the Valley of Succoth.^(B)
⁸Gilead is mine, Manasseh is mine,
and Ephraim is my helmet;^(C)
Judah is my scepter.^(D)
⁹Moab is my washbasin;^(E)
I throw my sandal on Edom.^(F)
I shout in triumph over Philistia.”^(G)
